I am a Lefty who does not like ambi-safeties. Even though this is a bit expensive, you get what you pay for. The finish is pristine. The engagement on safe and fire is crisp and clean and positive. The red paint is a nice added touch. The only thing I’d wish for is that they had a gunblue finish. I’ll be purchasing more of these. Thanks for making this great product.

Ordered this item cause was listed as grey and pictured as grey. When it come guess what? It was black. When called was gave the normal answers…I dunno I’m not in warehouse and can’t contact them. After 20mins that accomplished nothing I called badger and they don’t even make a grey one.

The description is accurate. GI design. Finish appears almost grey. I dig it. Positive snap into selected mode without slop or being overly tight. The single piece of steel is milled well and finished well. Perfect for those of us wanting ambidextrous capability and a single lever. I’m using it on the right sight of a featureless rifle so, it’s a little long. To be candid it’s a little long for a right handed shooter application on the right side of the weapon. Note: I don’t notice it when shooting. This is a featureless CA thing and does not reflect on the design of the selector. All in all a great semi-tool-less option. My other safety selectors are Radian Talon and BAD A$$ Pro ambi-selectors. Thank you for reading and I hope this helps

Made of steel not aluminum, perfect fit, not sloppy. I know ambi is all the rage, but I don’t care for the way your trigger finger rubs on the ambi selector lever, so this is my preferred style of safety selector. I do own other AR’s with ambi safety selectors, and ones with thinned and shortened levers, so I’m not imagining this issue. It may not bother you, these work well for me.

being a lefty I really wanted a left-handed safety, but I can't stand ambi safety's that have these weird & dumb pygmy left-handed levers that aren't long enough to effectively manipulate with your thumb (not to mention the 'normal' sized lever only gets caught in your hand anytime you want to go off safe). This one it works great; I'd like to have a bit more resistance in the manipulation, maybe like 10-15%, but you can just change out the spring in your grip to do this if needed. At any rate, it works great and has made my rifle feel like a "real" rifle, now that I can actually wrap my thumb around my grip when firing and still manipulate the safety, as any right handed shooter would. Definitely a great buy for myself
