Just like every piece of billet weaponry JL Billet skeletonized aluminum grips are CNC machined to exacting tolerances from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum and feature a distinctive look as well as improving grip; the skeletonization removes virtually all unnecessary weight from the weapon system. The JL Billet skeletonized aluminum grips feature aggressive slash cut anti-slip texture and are produced in any color with a durable hard black anodized finish. The AR skeletonized grips also feature a JL Billet logo milled into the side of the grip. All upper and lower receivers of this skeletonized grip will require a standard Mil-Spec sleeve and grip cap to complete the installation. Every sleeve also accepts a unique JL Billet engraved logo, embossed or stamped. Looks great, feels great. Only problem was putting it on. Lube it up. Once on never take off. Fits the sig mpx and feels good shooting in prone position. Looking for aftermarket parts for the sig mpx has been rather difficult. Many none standard AR parts

So stoked to get this product. Put it on my Tread pistol and fit is perfect! This was one of 2 skeletonized aluminum grips with a beaver tail that I could find. Right Choice! Color is black not blued at all. It's a shade lighter than my lower, barely noticeable but if you are particular (like me) you will see a slight difference. The slight color difference is easily forgotten due to the PERFECT fit. Nice and tight and the grip follows lower lines flawlessly. Grip is slightly wider than the stock polymer grip, exactly what I needed. Seriously sooo satisfied!! This helps complete my USA made fire arm. Note: avoid free shipping if you are impatient waiting for new toys. Product sat for 9 days in Fox Creek IL. All other orders I paid for shipping and have had 0 problems.

Put this on my Springfield Saint. had to rethread my lower a bit, but after several tries and some gun oil I got it on snug. Looks great, doesn't really save you any weight though. Mostly a cosmetic item.

If you prefer a aluminum grip over composite or rubberized this is the one to get it's a little pricey but worth it fits well on two different lowers Grey Ghost and Areo. Beautifully finished very well made.
