I love this ambi selector.I put the circle one on my KP-15 lower and it looks great.I prefer the 45def over the 90 for this set up.The smooth rotation and the firm click is very nice. You can also remove the arms with just an Allen key.

So far this safety has worked without any issues. Only in a couple days though. Finish is nice and no issues with fitment. Seems to operate smoothly. Have an aftermarket trigger and they work together without any issues. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I personally think the ambi safety side sticks out a little too far. Has a pretty noticeable gap. The other side has a much smaller gap and looks much more attractive. Just my opinion though.

The design of this safety selector is really cool, but the implementation is such that I would stay away from it on a rifle intended for serious use. The divots on the safety's shaft which the detent locks into are EXTREMELY shallow – barely present, really – which makes for very loose engagement in both the Fire and Safe positions. It would be very easy for the safety to get snagged by a piece of gear (whether on patrol, or hunting) and get switched to the fire position without the user's knowledge. I can imagine this safety was made with gamers in mind who might want a featherweight safety, but for anyone who uses their rifle to do a job, it may be a liability. The other issue, which is not a huge deal, is that the shaft is also unusually long. Expect this to stick out a ways on both sides of a forged receiver. This isn't a major liability in my mind, except that it further increases the chances of an inadvertent activation.

this ambi is alright… the the audible click you get with the milspec and other ambi safety's isn't there.the fore it takes to switch from safe to fire is very light, which I don't think is a very safe thing. I say this because the ambi could easily be switched from safe to fire with very little effort creating a dangerous situation.

I installed it on an AR10 but haven’t been to the range yet.I enjoy the 45 degree angle for the safety. It looks nice on the rifle as well. I can’t imagine it breaking or giving me issues at the range.

I removed the old selector and put the new KEArns selector on my rifle and wow what a difference. The short side doesn’t interfere with my trigger finger and the 45 degree angle really helps with that and the speed at which the safety can be turned off is really nice. I bought two and I’ll probably be buying a few more down the road.
