Lockstep Arms AR15 takedown and pivot pin set are precision machined from 4140 steel and black oxide coated for corrosion resistance. These pins are a replacement for the standard AR15/M16/M4 takedown pins and fit most mil-spec and billet AR receivers. A machined groove around the head of each pin make take down simple using the rim of a cartridge, a dimple on both sides has been machined for anti-slip when using a punch or bullet tip. I recently purchased these and swapped them out on my rifle and they are great. These takedown pins have a little groove around the head that allows you to use the rim of a cartridge to pop the pin out as well as a dimple on the end for easy removal. Overall these pins are great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice little upgrade for their rifle.
