Magpul makes nice polymer stuff. This is no different. A few different inserts for different grips. Comes with mounting hardware (standard screw not a Allen screw) so it's good to go for a custom build. Comes will a small squirt bottle in the grip to store lube or cleaner if you're in a pinch.

Better than oil bottle version. Would like them to come out with allen wrench version perfect fit and grip. Good grade of plastic. No visible moulding defects or warp. Stubble checker is great. If you know AR15, you know this is the best.

I put this grip on every build I make. There are two features that deal the deal. I love having CLP in the grip, ready at all times. The best part of the grip is the three back straps they give you. You can adjust it to a smaller to very large grip. Finally, I enjoy the texture. It’s not too aggressive so it hurts after a day out at the range and it enough it does it’s job.

The drop-in replacement says it all about how simple the install is. It's so easy that even your radical left-wing anti-gun liberal mother-in-law could swap this drop in grip in less than 5 minutes. The interchangeable front and rear straps make it as close to a custom fit for various hand sizes to make it even more comfortable. I can swap out the straps I use in 30 seconds, so my wife can use the straps that best fit her hand size. There are new & additional storage cores for the 1.1 that were not available with the MIAD version 1.Aesthetically you will notice minor innovative changes, however no matter if you can notice or not the MIAD 1.1 feels 10x more comfortable than the MIAD 1 I am running on my S&W M&P 15T. When I took both of the ARs downrange or sorry to an outdoor range in my AO it was amazing how much more comfortable it felt. The feel is like it was customized just for my hands. I recommend the MIAD 1.1 and even the MIAD 1. They are both quality crafted products that sell for a price that can work with anyone's budget. I would recommend them to the first time shooter to the most experienced of shooters. I will keep supporting MagPul for their experience in the field and in the shop innovating great new products for the civilian gun lover to the less than 1% serving in the Military. I will keep being loyal to Optics Planet because their prices are or can be lower than anyone on the Internet. This is the second of this type of grip that I have bought from Optics Planet. I was so impressed with the design and quality of this grip for the build I had for the SCAR 17 that I decided to buy another for my build on the SCAR 16.The fit is perfect and these grips feel perfect. For me, the bonus is the small bottle at the bottom of the grip that I can use for gun oil. This feature alone is impressive and very thougful.And of course it's made by Magpul, so you know the quality is there.

I bought this grip so I could customize it to fit my hand comfortably. However, I will admit that, for me personally, the combination I came up with is no different from the regular Magpul MOE grip. But I would not have known that had I just purchased the MOE grip alone. At least I got to try the other combinations. It also has an oil bottle in the base, but I do not really care about that.
