   Looks good on my DPMS 308 build. In the handle is a little bottle I put some Frog lube in. I got small hands like a kid but it feels just fine. Good price well made. As you guys may or not know the springs in the lower of an AR -10 are a bit different this type of grip fits the 2 spring configuration just a hair better than a standard AR-15 grip.

   I have always love the Magpul MIAD grips. Ive had them on multiple builds and love the fact that they have adjustable backstraps, already come with a clp holding insert, and that they are durable. The only reason for the 4 stars is that Im just not a big fan of the outwards angle, I wish they made a MIAD similar to the steep angle of the Magpul K2 grips.

   Although Magpul typically gets it right with quality products, this item was an unusual let down for my personal preference. I wanted this particular grip for the features such as the storage compartment and the beaver tail. This came with 2 beaver tail accessories but neither would fit properly on my Aero Precision AR10 lower. The bevel on the interior of the beaver tail kept the tail from seating properly on the back of my lower, since it came with 2 I thought they may be different sizes. Unfortunately neither of them would fit…I eventually removed the beaver tails and put on the “normal” back grip and it fit with no issues. I’ll probably end up keeping this for a future M4E1 build to see if it will fit, maybe I’ll sand it down and make it work. Other than the one issue with the bevel not allowing it to seat right, it’s a nice grip overall.

   I like Magpul grips. This grip, however, did not fit my Windham Weaponry SRC 308. I did not return it because I can use it on other rifles. I will need to be satisfied the Hogue grip that came with the rifle, just prefer Magpul grips.

   I didn't see anywhere in the description that this was a type 2. I needed type 1, so I ended up pirchasing elsewhere.It did not fit my lower.

   I was in the market for an FDE grip to go along with some customizations that I was doing. The Magpul MIAD did not disappoint. Install is pretty simple (be mindful of the two springs that engage between the pistol grip and the lower receiver for the rear take down pin retention and the safety). Inside the grip there is a small lubrication bottle and there is a second hole in the bottom of the grip that supports the Springfield Armory Accutite adjustment bolt.
