I love Magpul and the quality of their products. This one looks great and feels great. I like the angle of the grip. I like the width. The cap on the bottom is extremely tight-fitting, so I doubt it will ever accidentally pop open. However, it does not fit perfectly on my new Aero Precision M4E1 lower receiver. I thought at first it would not slide on at all, but with some firm pushing, it did go on. The back part of the grip where both its contour and the contour of the receiver curve upwards to meet the buffer tube, there is some space. Not a ton, but enough to notice. I am leaving the grip on, because I otherwise love it. It also is just a tiny bit different in color than their FDC Cerakote that I have on the receivers and handgaurd…

Magpul makes the best grips in my opinion. The K2 isn’t angled like a standard a2 and is more vertical so you get better control of the gun. It works perfect, screw is easy to use with extended Allen key or flat head, and it looks better.

I bought this grip for my latest build because it seems to generally get really good reviews just about every where it's sold and since my last build I bought the MIAD1.1 so I figured I'd try a different one this time around and we'll I ended up buying another Magpul MOE+ to replace it. First off this is a well built nice feeling pistol grip. I found that because of a broken wrist I never had fixed from when I was a kid started bothering me with the K2 because of the steep angle of the grip. IMO this would be good on a Pistol AR but for bench shooting or maybe just practicing quick shots and double taps then I prefer the MOE+, MOE or MIAD over the more vertical K2 or K2+. The plastic grip on my MIAD is great but this overmolded rubber grip type these + models have is very nice. Great grip and highly recommended but the steep angle is something to consider.

The angle and texture is just perfect. Love this grip.

This is easily one of the best grips made by the legendary magpul. The more relaxed grip angle is very appealing, and back strap allow for a comfortable full grip. The compartment is perfect to fit a set of hex wrenches, tiny oil bottle, a US coin, and some cleaning rags; or whatever you need. I have xxl hands and find the size nice for gripping up on the gun, or slipping down a little, and shooting from less ideal positions, with or without gloves. Great job

I've used a wide variety of AR grips but going forward I don't think I'll be buying anything but the MOE K2. The grip angle, as with the MOE K, is optimal for me, but unlike the MOE K it isn't too thin, is textured, and has an extended backstrap. Fits my hand like a glove and I can't find anything to say about it.Oh, and it looks like Magpul is shipping them with a combination hex/flathead screw, thankfully. Pros: YesCons: No
