This is hands down the best ambidextrous selector switch I've used so far. I've used others around this price point and this one by far feels best for my hands. If you have bigger hands you may not like this one and it may get in your way but my hands aren't huge so it suits me just fine. I own multiples and I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future. Ambidextrous selectors are the way to go!

I had no idea if I would like this or not when I ordered it. I've had Ambi safeties before. I've had ones where the right side selector was smaller than the one on the left and I've had them where both sides are the same size. This one, both selectors are the same size. I have no problem operating the safety on and off with either hand. This one, the milling is very nice, or maybe it's MIM, either way, the thing is smooth. I can take it off safety with my thumb and then reengage the safety with my index finger just by bumping it back up. It's really easy and no rough edges to wear my fingers out like others I've had that cost more money. It properly engages and blocks the trigger. I've tried it with 4 different triggers using 3 different lowers, one stock trigger from PSA in a PSA lower. One trigger was an MBT trigger from LaRue in an Anderson lower, one was with the Geissele SD-E in my Daniel Defense lower. And in the same Anderson lower using the Geissele SD-C trigger. It worked on those lowers with those triggers. I put a magnet on it and the magnet stuck, so it is steel. The screw that holds the right side selector on is small. There are notches in the safety and right sided selector that engage and the small screw just holds it there. It seems like a good fit. Don't think I would put any lok-tite on that small of a screw as you would almost certainly have to heat it back up to get it out without stripping out the Allen wrench head. So if you have a dipped or rattle can paint job, the heat to remove it might damage the finish of your gun. Just keep that in mind if you choose to apply some lok-tite to the screw. Anodized lowers, lok-tite it in there. I'm very pleased with it. Have it on an AR pistol build. Works like a charm!

Firm and secure installation. Nice tactile click. Really durable coating. Comfortable and ergonomic function. I bought another one because it was so nice. It is at a reasonable price as well. I will recommend and buy it again in the future.

POF ambidextrous safeties are the best. All my AR-15’s have them. Thank you Optics Planet . You are my favorite resource!
LONG AR –
Very good details, heavy duty have the pof sign machined in the leveler which is not many company have. It smooth transition between safe and fire . The selectors are both long which in the way for ambi user, should have one short.
