   Nice piece installed easily I like the 60° selection. Gets in the way of the mega fin thumb rest a little but it also acts like a thumb rest as well. It moves crisp and also has an indicator arrow that will fit ether side.

   Good quality and craftsmanship and having option for 90 degree and 45 degree throws was a plus. I did do some minor modifications so I could reverse the levers. I wantedthe large lever to be closest to stock side. Took ten minutes and it worked perfect. Will definitely use again on other builds.

   After polishing, very smooth with even movements, installed on Spikes Tactical lower 5.56, ran over 5000 rds with no issues, installation took only 10 minutes using the blue semi lock lab to secure screws.

   This product is not for people who lack the willingness to retrain. It actually requires a different muscle memory to use effectively, but once you retrain, there's literally no way a milspec AR style safety can be as fast. This guy allows you to choose not only between 60 and 90 degree throws, but the orientation, and therefore control surfaces, of the paddles. Once installed, you can place your thumb over the top, with the joint of the thumb directly over the axis of the safety, and rock the safety back and forth. No longer do you need to pull the lever back into the "safe" position. It's SO FAST now to switch between "safe" and "fire." Being a 19/2011 shooter used to "riding the gas pedal" (safety) helped me wrap my head around this. It isn't for everyone, that's for sure.

   Upon my initial install, the safety was extremely stiff, but the stiffness had nothing to do with the design of the safety. After trimming a few coils off the spring, the action was like butter! The safety also gives you 3 configurations: left, right, and ambidextrous. It is also designed to allow switching the throw action between 90 degrees and 60 degrees. I have mine setup in 90-ambi. I really didn't how special this safety was until I built two more rifles that used different safeties. That's when I realize what a superb product this really is. My favorite feature is the dual-paddle throw. Most safeties have a single lever throw, so it requires either push or a pull, which must be accomplished with different fingers. With this safety, you can push high or push low which makes it so much easier to actuate. I love the easy installation and disassembly too! The center screw is just so much easier to deal with compared to other systems. Once you start using this, you will never want to go back to any other style safety.
