Great product and fit in a BCA buffer tube. Would recommend the TRYBE Defense AR-15 Carbine Buffer & spring Mil spec.for all who are looking for a simple and easy drop in buffer and buffer spring in a buffer tube.

I purchased three kits of the mil-spec buffer and spring with the buffer tube, castle nut and end plate for three AR lower builds. Parts are great quality. Mil-spec tube fit both Magpul butt stocks and Adaptive Tactical EX Performance butt stock with excellent tolerance. I especially liked the little tab included on the threaded end of the buffer tube which ensures it is screwed in to the correct place, but also lines up the tube slot at a perfect six o'clock position for mounting the butt stock straight. Have not shot with it yet. Yes, I would buy it again.

I installed this buffer and spring on a 12.5" ar pistol with all "mil-spec" working parts. Upon install I noticed that the spring was significantly more rigid than the other build I did this summer (PSA pistol build kit for full disclosure). When I took it out for its first function check, I was using Wolf 55gr .223 (which is about the only thing i can find these days). The first round fired with no issue, and I saw the casing eject. However, the bolt failed to run far enough back to grab a new round from the mag. I manually cycled the gun and tried again with the same result. The next day I was able to try again with some American Eagle 55gr 5.56 with no issue. I'm docking one star because even with the added gas from the 12.5 barrel compared to the 10.5 I built last summer, the added strength of the spring prevents the use of cheap .223. To be clear, I have only run the Wolf .223 in the 10.5 with no issues.

Having not had to mess with any gun parts since early 2005, using this product was a breath of fresh air to knock off the cobwebs. Great product. It was definitely worth the price and the ease of transaction was perfect in my opinion.

So far so good!!! Operates smoothly. Good price for a decent product. Hopefully it operates well after several rounds.

The products looks good. It installed very easy. I have yet to shoot the rifle so I can not say much for the function.
