Ok so I know it's not absolutely necessary and this part is about 30 dollars more than normal but I think it's worth it for certain builds. Feels solid and fits tight, I would also recommend looking at their titanium castle nut as it matches perfectly. Really great weight savings but the edges are nicely beveled for comfort as well. Quality part.

V Seven makes top notch stuff. I wasn't disappointed at all. The finish on the titanium is clean. Is it necessary, no. But sometimes going above and beyond is just right. The castle nut and mag release button are also in titanium and all available here at OP.
