Comes with a small "bullet" that screws in the end of the pin and guides itself through the hole with ease. Comes with TWO wrenches to tighten and secure screws. Add a little locktite and you are set. Quick and easy installation.

Seems to be well made. Nicely finished. No rough edges or mars in the surface. Fit smoothly on my lower build. Matches well with the SS take down and pivot pins, as well as the mag catch assembly and nickel-boron bolt catch. My daughter selected the silver toned finish to accent her SS barrel. Looks like everything will produce an excellent finished product. It was very helpful to have the install tools included, if you did not have AR build tools. I am not sure if these are really necessary? In the hundreds of thousands of rounds I've put through various AR's, (many were well worn full auto military rifles) I've never had a pin walk out of my receiver. They will give you an extra measure of confidence, and if it helps you sleep at night, go for it. I would be more inclined to buy anti-rotation pins for a "select-fire" 16, so that the super valuable lower would suffer less wear and tear. The ONLY reason that I cannot give this 5 stars is that after 2-1/2 months I am still waiting for an upper which was estimated to be shipped 6 weeks ago, and I cannot complete my build and test fire the finished product until I receive the upper.

Anytime you want reliable service out of anything there are usually a few upgrades that you need to do! This is a must have as far as that goes! Whether you use the factory trigger or changing out for a upgraded one I recommend these. For reliability when you need it , don’t forget this and need them and not have them situation that could be a life and death situation! Quality product at a great price!

I got a very nice mill and my 80% lowers look great but there's a chance that the tolerances of my drill holes aren't milspec so why take the chance? Use these for all my 80% lowers………. Filler, filler, filler

I prefer these over traditional AR-15 trigger pins because not only do they lock but are so easy to install because of the arrow head shape head that is included. Makes owning and operating an AR-15 easier.
